By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – so please read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you should not try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Bluspater Limited.
Bluspater Limited is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
Wispy stores and processes the reminders you create so that they can be delivered back to you at the right time. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses and malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean that Wispy will not work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things Bluspater Limited will not take responsibility for. Some functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Bluspater Limited cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have no mobile data left.
If you are using the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider’s agreement still applies. You may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming.
Wispy schedules notifications on your device. Whether a notification is delivered, and when, is ultimately decided by your device and its settings, so we cannot guarantee delivery of any individual reminder. Please do not rely on the app alone for anything critical to health, safety or legal obligations.
If your phone runs out of battery or is turned off, and you cannot access the Service as a result, Bluspater Limited cannot accept responsibility.
Wispy is sold with a subscription that is billed through your Apple account. Payment is charged to that account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscription in the account settings of the App Store after purchase. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
We may update the app at any time. The app is currently available on iOS, and the requirements for the system may change; you will need to download updates if you want to keep using it. Bluspater Limited does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you or works with the iOS version you have installed on your device.
We may also stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon termination your right to use the app ends, and you should stop using it and delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
